The project consists of implementing the production of milling heads from the special gear group by a new investment into a modern CNC machine, CNC milling machine and CAD/CAM project post. New investments will enable new products to be manufactured on both the domestic and foreign markets. The plant has developed prototypes of new products: milling and spinning heads. The prototypes have been the subject of research and development in the scientific unit. On the basis of the results of these tests, tests and measurements, specific types of machines and software have been selected providing the required accuracy and processing parameters in the manufacturing process of the tools. The purchase of an investment machine and plan station will require the recruitment of new staff for their programming and maintenance. The launch of the production of a new product will make it possible to take full advantage of the potential of the plant. The facility has the ability to fund project activities and technical staff to prepare investments and implement. The project is being implemented in a regional smart specialisation industry: the metal foundry industry, which includes the production of finished products of metal and refers to the tradition of the province of ancient Poland and of the Central Industrial Centre. The project will enable output indicators to be achieved by supporting 1 companies in order to introduce new products for the company and new ones for the market. Result indicators resulting from the implementation of the project will be: — Number of product innovations/milling heads introduced/in quantities of 1 pcs; — increase in the number of 3 FTE supported by the company; Employment growth applies to men. Projekt polega na wdrożeniu produkcji głowic frezarskich z grupy narzędzi specjalnych poprzez nową inwestycję w nowoczesną maszynę obróbczą -centrum frezarskie CNC i stanowisko projektowo-programowe CAD/CAM. Nowe inwestycje umożliwią rozpoczęcie produkcji nowych produktów zarówno na rynek krajowy jak i zagraniczny. Zakład opracował prototypy nowych produktów : głowic frezarskich do fazowania i rowkowania . Prototypy zostały poddane pracom badawczo-rozwojowym w jednostce naukowej. Na podstawie wyników tych badań, prób i pomiarów wybrano konkretne typy maszyn i oprogramowania zapewniające żądaną dokładność i parametry obróbki w procesie wytwarzania narzędzi. Zakup inwestycyjny maszyny i stanowiska projektowo-programowego będzie wymagało zatrudnienia nowych pracowników do ich programowania i obsługi. Uruchomienie produkcji nowego produktu pozwoli wykorzystać w pełni potencjał narzędziowy istniejący w zakładzie. Zakład posiada możliwości sfinansowania działań z projektu oraz kadrę techniczną do przygotowania inwestycji oraz wdrożenia. Projekt jest realizowany w branży zaliczanej do regionalnej inteligentnej specjalizacji: przemysł metalowo-odlewniczy obejmujący produkcję wyrobów gotowych z metalu i nawiązuje do tradycji Zagłębia Staropolskiego i Centralnego Ośrodka Przemysłowego. Realizacja projektu umożliwi osiągnięcie wskaźników produktu poprzez wsparcie 1 przedsiębiorstwa w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy i nowych dla rynku. Wskaźnikami rezultatu wynikającymi z wdrożenia projektu będą: - liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych /głowice frezarskie/w ilości 1 szt.;- wzrost zatrudnienia we wspartym przedsiębiorstwie w ilości 3 EPC ; - wzrost zatrudnienia dotyczy mężczyzn.
