The project is the extension of the production infrastructure of the foundry ‘FANSEN’, through the introduction of a new production method (process innovation), in order to achieve the capacity to produce advanced cast iron high quality iron castings. The results of the R & D work (on the basis of the AGH licence agreement) will be implemented, hence the innovation of the unknown, and so far not applied, at national level. The planned work is based on: — construction of 3 HAL (for induced induction, for sand lines and for mass processing, for casting and grinding of casting), — purchase, fitting and putting into operation of: induction oven, including instrumentation, rain system, immersion tank, ladles. As a result of the introduction of procedural innovation, there will be a fundamental change in the production process. It is currently specialising in the production of grey iron cast iron in the production of cast iron based on the melting technology of cupola ovens and the use of metal in a superpower furnace. This technology will be replaced by the implementation of a unique variety of spheroidal cast iron cast iron which involves the production of sand with a vertical plane. It will allow the production of high quality iron. This is an indication of a compliant RIS3 activity. At the same time, by implementing procedural innovations in the middle front. (ANSES), the project is in line with the objective of Action 2.5, i.e. the increased use of innovation in the front. SMES. The main characteristics of the project are as follows: The cost of the whole of the following costs: PLN 29 286 462,42 (including eligible: PLN 23 810 132,05); — financial compensation requested: PLN 10000000; — Private investment complementary to public support: PLN 19 286 462,42; — Number of grants supported (receiving a grant) to introduce new products for the company: 1; Employment growth in supported enterprises [FTE]: 50, broken down between: women: 2; men: 48; — Number of process innovations: 1 (English)

Przedmiotem Projektu jest rozbudowa infrastruktury produkcyjnej odlewni „FANSULD”, poprzez wdrożenie nowej metody produkcji (innowacja procesowa), w celu osiągnięcia zdolności do wytwarzania zaawansowanych konstrukcyjnie odlewów z wysokojakościowego żeliwa. W wyniku wprowadzenia innowacji procesowej, nastąpi zasadnicza zmiana procesu produkcyjnego Odlewni. Aktualnie specjalizuje się Ona w produkcji odlewów z żeliwa szarego wytwarzanego w oparciu o technologię topienia w żeliwiakach i przetrzymywania metalu w piecu kanałowym spełniającym funkcję zalewarki. Technologia ta zostanie zastąpiona poprzez wdrożenie unikalnej odmiany metody sferoidyzacji żeliwa w formach, która zakłada wytwarzanie odlewów w formie piaskowej z pionową płaszczyzną podziału. Umożliwi ona produkcję z żeliwa wysokojakościowego. Powyższe wskazuje na działalność zgodną z RIS3. Jednocześnie poprzez wdrożenie innowacji procesowej w średnim przeds. (FANSULD), Projekt jest zgodny z celem działania 2.5. tj. zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przeds. MŚP. Najważniejsze cechy charakterystyczne Projektu: - wartość całk. kosztów: 29 286 462,42 zł (w tym, kwalifikowalne: 23 810 132,05 zł); - wnioskowane dofinansowanie: 10000000 zł; - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne: 19 286 462,42 zł; - Liczba przeds. objętych wsparciem (otrzymujących dotację) w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy: 1; - Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach [EPC]: 50, w tym: kobiety: 2; mężczyźni: 48; - Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych [szt.]: 1 (Polish)
