Projekt jest próbą utworzenia na terenie Gminy Kłobuck, kompleksowego i zorganizowanego systemu wsparcia rodziny jako podstawowej komórki społecznej. Proponowane w ramach projektu działania przyczynią się do podniesienia jakości i dostępności usług wsparcia rodziny wg określonego standardu, których nie udałoby się zrealizować bez wsparcia finansowego z zewnątrz. Potrzeba zastosowania proponowanych rozwiązań wynika z diagnozy i wieloletniego doświadczenia w pracy z rodziną bezproblemową , dotkniętą problemem wykluczenia społecznego, ubóstwa, przemocy, niepełnosprawności i innych przyczyn powodujących niewydolność społeczno-wychowawczą i brak prawidłowych wzorców. Projekt realizowany będzie poprzez utworzenie: 1) systemu wsparcia i rozwoju asystentury rodzinnej i innych form pracy z rodziną, 2) placówki wsparcia dziennego "Kłobuś". (Polish)
