Celem projektu jest w włączenie 113 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym do aktywnego uczestnictwa w życiu społeczno-zawodowym, poprzez zindywidualizowane wsparcie stanowiące odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby i deficyty, poprzedzone diagnozą. Kompleksowe działania ukierunkowane zostaną na przywrócenie możliwości lub zdolności uzyskania zatrudnienia lub innej formy aktywności społecznej, rozwinięcie lub wzmocnienie samodzielności życiowej i społecznej oraz zapobieganie procesom ubóstwa, marginalizacji i wykluczenia społecznego. Grupę docelową tworzyć będą osoby zamieszkujące powiat żywiecki, bez względu na wiek, w tym: korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej i POPŻ, osoby z niepełnosprawnością i wychowankowie pieczy zastępczej. Zadania w projekcie realizowane będą w zakresie aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, edukacyjnym, zdrowotnym i zawodowym. Projekt realizowany będzie od 01.01.2018r. do 31.12.2019r. na terenie powiatu żywieckiego. (Polish)
