Celem projektu jest podniesienie kwalifikacji i aktywności zawodowej oraz świadomości na temat funkcjonowania na rynku pracy w okresie od 01.03.2017-31.12.2018 r. min. 80 % (tj. 112 os. z 140 w tym min. 40 K) osób w wieku powyżej 29 lat z woj.śląskiego nie pracujących (bezrobotni, bierni zawodowo) w szczególności osoby z grup znajdujących się w najcięższej sytuacji tj. kobiety, osoby w wieku 50+, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach poprzez wyspecjalizowane i zindywidualizowane wsparcie: - indywidualne doradztwo psychologiczne - indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe wraz z przygotowaniem Indywidualnych Planów Działania - grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe - szkolenia zawodowe dobrane zg. z IPD (zakłada się również możliwość zmiany szkoleń pod kątem IPD za zgodą WUP) -Pośrednictwo pracy i min. 3-miesięczne staże zawodowe u pracodawców, mające na celu zakończenie się znalezieniem zatrudnienia.
