The following tangible results are planned as part of the project: 1. The monitoring system. the main objective of the project is to improve the safety conditions of historical sites and to increase access to unique historical resources as a cultural attraction in the region by expanding the building and adapting it to disadvantaged groups (persons with disabilities) as well as to purchase the necessary equipment. The implementation of the investment will contribute to the socio-economic benefits of the 1. improving the quality of life of inhabitants through better access to high-quality cultural facilities; 2. reducing disparities in access to unique cultural heritage for rural populations; 3. improving the profile and attractiveness of the region as a place of residence and investment, which will also contribute indirectly to enabling the district to engage in development trends in the region and in the country (particularly with regard to the development of access to cultural services); 5. increasing the social and cultural attractiveness of the region; 6. the increase in attachment to the region; The 7th increase in the role of culture in the educational process; in the long term, the realisation of a project in the area of cultural infrastructure with a high development potential will create synergies in the development of tourism and will help to create the district of lubachev, and in the aftermath of the whole Podkarpackie province, as a place to live and invest, thus contributing to its economic development. Przedsięwzięcie polega na przeprowadzeniu prac remontowo-konserwatorskich oraz rozbudowie budynku świetlicy wiejskiej „Proświta” w Radrużu wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania na funkcję administracyjno-muzealną. W ramach projektu planowane są następujące efekty rzeczowe:1. Rozbudowany budynek świetlicy wiejskiej „Proświta” w Radrużu pełniący funkcje administracyjno-muzealną przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych,2. Wyposażenie multimedialne,3. Wyposażenie ekspozycyjne,4. System monitoringu.Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa warunków bezpieczeństwa obiektów zabytkowych oraz zwiększenie dostępu do unikalnych zasobów historycznych jako atrakcji kulturalnych regionu poprzez rozbudowę budynku i dostosowanie go do grup defaworyzowanych (osób niepełnosprawnych), a także zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia. Realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do osiągnięcia korzyści społeczno-gospodarczych, jakimi będą:1. poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców dzięki lepszemu dostępowi do wysokiej jakości obiektów kulturalnych;2. zmniejszenie dysproporcji w dostępie do unikatowego dziedzictwa kulturowego dla mieszkańców z obszarów wiejskich;3. zwiększenie potencjału turystycznego powiatu, a w konsekwencji wzrost liczby miejsc pracy;4. poprawa wizerunku i atrakcyjności regionu jako miejsca zamieszkania i inwestowania, co przyczyni się pośrednio także do umożliwienia włączenia się powiatu w trendy rozwojowe regionu i kraju (zwłaszcza pod kątem rozwoju dostępu do usług kulturowych);5. wzrost atrakcyjności społecznej i kulturowej regionu;6. wzrost przywiązania do regionu; 7. zwiększenie roli kultury w procesie edukacyjnym;W długoterminowej perspektywie realizacja projektu w obszarze infrastruktury kulturalnej o dużym potencjale rozwoju wywoła efekt synergii w zakresie rozwoju turystyki, a także przyczyni się do wykreowania powiatu lubaczowskiego, a w następstwie całego województwa podkarpackiego jako miejsca przyjaznego do życia i inwestowania,wpływając w ten sposób na jego rozwój gospodarczy.
