| Property / summary: The direct objective of the project is to increase the attractiveness and accessibility of cultural goods in the municipality of Solina.As a general project is an increase in participation in the culture of the inhabitants of the region and tourists, the improvement of the quality and accessibility of cultural services in Bieszczady, and the high attractiveness of the offer of the Regional Cultural Centre for Myzkokove.The cultural institution (Regional Centre for Culture). The project will build up and redesign the existing service building in the city of Myka with the adaptation of part of the premises to the function of the Cultural Centre. the task has been designed to provide functional support for the museum building, by increasing the space for cultural and exhibition purposes and adapting the facility to the new cultural and educational functions. The establishment of cultural institutions will receive a new functional quality appropriate for the planned development of cultural resources and cultural education to all defined users, including: local communities, tourists, people with disabilities. In the museum building, technical and technological solutions have been designed to limit the final energy consumption and CO2 emissions to the atmosphere (replacement of the heat source for a gas condensing boiler, installation of thermostatic heads, structural insulation of the replacement staircase, heat insulation). For users of the facility, there will be a market call for powered-lift communication. the project aims to contribute to solving the problems related to the very limited conditions of the premises of the Myczków Culture Museum, the high energy consumption of the museum building, the use of unused space to lead and develop cultural activities, shortcomings in equipment for the provision and dissemination of cultural heritage, cultural activities and cultural education, the management of the museum’s surroundings. Celem bezpośrednim Projektu jest wzrost atrakcyjności i dostępności dóbr kultury w gminie Solina.Celami ogólnym Projektu jest wzrost uczestnictwa w kulturze mieszkańców regionu i turystów, poprawa jakości i dostępności usług kulturalnych w Bieszczadach oraz wysoka atrakcyjność oferty utworzonego Regionalnego Centrum Kultury w Myczkowie.Zakresem projektu objęta jest instytucja kultury (Regionalne Centrum Kultury). W ramach projektu zostanie wykonana rozbudowa i przebudowa istniejącego budynku usługowego w miejscowości Myczków wraz z dostosowaniem części pomieszczeń do funkcji Regionalnego Centrum Kultury.W ramach zadania zaprojektowano wsparcie funkcjonalne dla budynku muzeum, poprzez zwiększenie powierzchni na cele kulturalne i wystawiennicze oraz dostosowanie obiektu do nowych funkcji kulturalno-edukacyjnych. Placówka instytucji kultury otrzyma nową jakość funkcjonalną, odpowiednią dla planowanego rozwoju zasobów kultury i edukacji kulturalnej na rzecz wszystkich zdefiniowanych użytkowników, m.in.: lokalnej społeczności, turystów, osób niepełnosprawnych. W budynku muzeum zaprojektowano rozwiązania techniczne i technologiczne ograniczające zużycie energii końcowej i emisję CO2 do atmosfery (wymiana źródła ciepła na kocioł gazowy kondensacyjny, montaż głowic termostatycznych, docieplenie strukturalne dobudowanej klatki schodowej, docieplenie kondygnacji poddasza). Na potrzeby użytkowników obiektu wykonana zostanie winda osobowa do komunikacji pionowej.Projekt ma przyczynić się do rozwiązania problemów związanych z bardzo ograniczonymi warunkami lokalowymi Muzeum Kultury Bojków w Myczkowie, wysokim zużyciem energii w budynku muzeum, niewykorzystaniem nieużytkowanych przestrzeni do prowadzenia i rozwijania działalności kulturalnej, brakami w wyposażeniu służącym udostępnianiu i upowszechnianiu zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego, prowadzeniu działalności kulturalnej i edukacji kulturalnej, zagospodarowaniem otoczenia w obrębie muzeum.
