    Podstawowym celem działań związanych z postępowaniem z odpadami, w tym komunalnymi i niebezpiecznymi, jest zmniejszenie obciążenia środowiska naturalnego związanego z niezrekultywowanym wysypiskiem odpadów w Zaklikowie.Celem głównym projektu jest:likwidacja zagrożeń środowiskowych stwarzanych przez zamknięte składowisko odpadów w Gminie Zaklików poprzez jego rekultywacje. Do celów szczegółowych projektu należą:-minimalizacja i eliminacja zagrożeń wynikających z składowania odpadami wytwarzanymi w sektorze komunalnym;-uporządkowanie gospodarki odpadami,-likwidacja zagrożeń odcieków i zanieczyszczeń wód gruntowych, podziemnych, cieków i zbiorników wodnych, -likwidacja zagrożeń epidemiologicznych, -zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych, -unikanie niekontrolowanych pożarów, -poprawa zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy i ochrony krajobrazu,-wzmocnienie ochrony rezerwatów przyrody, parków krajobrazowych, zespołów przyrodniczo – krajobrazowych, pomników przyrody, obszarów Natura 2000 -wprowadzenie nowoczesnych technologii monitorowania stanu składowiskaPrzedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie nastepujących prac:1.
