| Property / summary: The purpose of the investment is to implement an umbrella project involving the exchange of traditional, inefficient heating systems and the installation of clean heat production facilities. The project involves the replacement of conventional thermal energy sources (old coal boilers) with modern clean natural gas boilers (116 with a total capacity of 2 531 kW) and boilers of class 5 for biomass (11 with a total power of 215 kW). The project will cover 127 properties of 161 residential properties belonging to the residents of the Municipality of Mielec. In addition, 25 % of the eligible expenditure of the project is destined for the modernisation of the heating system, the replacement of radiators and the installation of thermostatic valves and the thermal modernisation works in the selected buildings where the source will be exchanged. these activities will contribute to the objective of the main project, which is to reduce emissions from individual sources of heat in Mielec. This will be achieved through the implementation of direct objectives that respond to the identified problems: 1. Reducing the need for energy produced from traditional sources and thus reducing emissions to ambient air, improving the purity of the novel.2. Improving the conditions for the use of facilities and the comfort of housing and well-being.3. Socio-economic development of the region, including: improving the quality of life and health of the population, raising awareness about saving and generating nuclear energy will give rise to a number of socio-economic benefits, which will primarily be: The Municipality of Mielec (as a local authority), the inhabitants of Mielec and tourists. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest realizacja projektu parasolowego, polegającego na wymianie tradycyjnych, nieefektywnych systemów grzewczych c.o. i montażu ekologicznych instalacji służących do produkcji energii cieplnej. Projekt obejmuje wymianę tradycyjnych źródeł energii cieplnej (starych kotłów węglowych) na nowoczesne, ekologiczne kotły gazowe (116 szt. o łącznej mocy 2 531 kW) oraz kotły klasy 5 na biomasę (11 szt. o łącznej mocy 215 kW). Projektem zostanie objętych 127 nieruchomości, w których funkcjonują 161 gospodarstwa domowe, należące do mieszkańców Gminy Miejskiej Mielec. Dodatkowo 25% wydatków kwalifikowalnych w projekcie przeznaczone jest na modernizację instalacji c.o., wymianę grzejników i montaż zaworów termostatycznych oraz prace termomodernizacyjne w wybranych budynkach, w których wymieniane będzie źródło ciepła.Działania te przyczynią się do realizacji celu głównego Projektu, jakim jest redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń z indywidualnych źródeł ciepła w Gminie Miejskiej Mielec. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich, które są odpowiedzią na zdefiniowane problemy:1. Zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię wytwarzaną z tradycyjnych źródeł, a przez to redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza atmosferycznego, poprawa czystości powietrza.2. Poprawa warunków użytkowania obiektów oraz zwiększenie komfortu mieszkania i przebywania.3. Rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy regionu, w tym: podniesienie komfortu życia oraz zdrowia mieszkańców, wzrost świadomości na temat oszczędzania i pozyskiwania energii.Realizacja Projektu wywoła szereg korzyści społeczno-gospodarczych, które odniosą przede wszystkim: Gmina Miejska Mielec (jako jednostka samorządu terytorialnego), mieszkańcy Mielca oraz turyści.
