Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie do praktyki gospodarczej firmy innowacji organizacyjnej polegającej na automatyzacji relacji z podmiotami zewnętrznymi wraz z optymalizacją procesów biznesowych wewnątrz firmy. Planowana innowacja nastąpi w wyniku implementacji najnowocześniejszych rozwiązań Technologii Informacyjno- Komunikacyjnych, którymi będą internetowa platforma sprzedaży B2B akcesoriów dla psów wraz z systemem ERP do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Oba narzędzia będą ze sobą zintegrowane w ramach jednego, dedykowanego systemu informatycznego, dostosowanego do specyfiki działalności firmy i branży w której działa. W ramach projektu zostanie nabyte: - dedykowane oprogramowanie platformy B2B i modułów ERP. Rezultatem projektu będzie wzrost efektywności obecnych procesów biznesowych (zarządczych i operacyjnych) przekładający się na wzrost przychodów i umocnienie pozycji konkurencyjnej na arenie międzynarodowej.
