Projekt zakłada objęcie programem aktywnej integracji grupę 45 osób (23 kobiety, 22 mężczyzn), w wieku od 18 lat. Na grupę docelową będą składały się osoby bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnością, osoby przebywające w pieczy zastępczej lub opuszczające pieczę zastępczą oraz osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, jak również ich otoczenie i inne kwalifikowalne w poddziałaniu 9.1.1. Projekt zakłada rekrutację, realizację Programu Aktywności Lokalnej (PAL), realizację programu podnoszącego kompetencje społeczne oraz kwalifikacje zawodowe, staż i zatrudnienie min. 12 uczestników projektu. Miejscem realizacji projektu będzie Kompleks Pałacowo - Parkowy w Siemianowicach Śląskich. Projekt przewiduje efektywność społeczną na poziomie 16 osób (co daje poziom efektywności społecznej ponad 35,56%) i zatrudnieniową na poziomie 12 osób (co daje poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej 26,67%) oraz objęcie wsparciem 2 środowisk.
