W gminie Koszęcin obszar przeznaczony pod inwestycje znajduje się w miejscowościach Sadów i Rusinowice. Obszar inwestycji obejmuje działki nr 684/6, 683, 749, 741/7, 741/4, 741/1, 740/2, 750. Odcinek przeznaczony pod inwestycję krzyżuję się z ul. Polną. Ponadto na końcu przedmiotowego odcinka drogi powiatowej zlokalizowany jest plac o nawierzchni z kruszywa (przeznaczony pod postój samochodów osobowych i przystanek autobusowy), chodniki z betonowej kostki brukowej i betonowych płyt chodnikowych, budynek dworca kolejowego oraz przejazd kolejowy z zaporami.
