Projekt zakłada reintegrację społeczno-zawodową w Centrach Integracji Społecznych 200 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub zagrożeniem społecznym z terenu Miasta Częstochowy w okresie 01.04.2016-30.06.2018 r. Zaplanowano realizację następujących działań: reintegrację społeczno-zawodowa w 5 pracowniach: rękodzieła, krawiectwa, sprzątającej, ogrodniczej oraz cateringowej. Reintegracja zawodowa przyczyni się do odbudowy i podtrzymana zdolności do samodzielnego świadczenia pracy na rynku pracy i będzie odbywać się poprzez zajęcia w pracowniach oraz kwalifikacyjne kursy zawodowe. Reintegracja społeczna przyczyni się do odbudowania i podtrzymania umiejętności uczestniczenia w życiu w społeczności lokalnej i pełnienia ról społecznych w miejscu pracy i życiu rodzinnym i będzie się odbywać poprzez m.in. zajęcia z komunikacji, budowania relacji, współdziałania w społeczności lokalnej. Dodatkowo zaplanowano spotkania edukacyjne, konsultacje z doradca, prawnikiem oraz aktywnym pośrednikiem (Polish)
