The technology deployed includes a control system for the production of labels using inspection cameras, eliminating the risk of poor print quality in 100 % of the risk, drastically reduces the consumption of printing inks and films of photo polymer by reproducing up to 90 % of the colour of Pantone out of the 7 baseline colours, reduces the use of magnetic cylinders for cutting different labels through the use of a semi-rolling trimming system, introduces an energy-efficient drying system giving a 42 % saving of energy for conventional systems. Wdrażana technologia obejmuje system kontroli procesu produkcji etykiet z użyciem kamer inspekcyjnych, eliminujący w 100% ryzyko niewłaściwej jakości druku, radykalnie ogranicza zużycie farb drukarskich i klisz fotopolimerowych dzięki odwzorowaniu do 90% kolorów skali Pantone’a z 7 barw bazowych, redukuje zastosowanie cylindrów magnetycznych do wykrawania różnych wym. etykiet dzięki zastosowaniu semirotacyjnego systemu wykrawania, wprowadza energooszczędny system suszenia dający 42% oszczędność zużycia energii względem konwencjonalnych systemów.
