Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanych w województwie śląskim, w powiecie częstochowskim na terenie gminy Olsztyn: 1. Budynek ochotniczej straży pożarnej w Zrębicach, 2. Budynek ochotniczej straży pożarnej w Przymiłowicach. W ramach projektu zapewniony zostanie nadzór inwestorski i promocja. Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym w gminie Olsztyn w wyniku termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej, a w konsekwencji zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zanieczyszczenia powietrza.
