Actions: 1.Professional guidance, including: recruitment, occupational guidance by PLO (individual and group advice), Concept of the Career Information and Planning Centre for Gdańsk WUP. 2.Compulsory information/recruitment meetings at the Centre for Social Integration in Osobów. 3.Training 4.Graduate 5.Grants (Intervention work). 6.Simultaneous measures for taking up economic activity 7.Employment services. Activities will be carried out in accordance with the Law on Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (Journal of Laws 2016, item 645, as amended). Main objective of the project: Increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed aged 30 and over in the cardboard district. Specific objectives of the project: the acquisition of professional qualifications by the 24 unemployed; gain professional experience of at least 50 % of project participants; identify the professional path commensurate with the availability and labour market needs of 100 % of the participants completing the project. Results of the project: 68 unemployed persons covered by the project, including: 10 people over 50, 24 long-term unemployed, 20 low-skilled, 6 people with disabilities, 24 professional qualifications confirmed by the relevant document. Projekt skierowany jest do 68 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia), dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Działania: 1.Poradnictwo zawodowe, w tym: rekrutacja, poradnictwo zawodowe realizowane przez PUP (porady indywidualne i grupowe), Zajęcia Centrum Informacji i Planowania Kariery Zawodowej WUP Gdańsk. 2.Branżowe spotkania informacjno-rekrutacyjne w Centrum Integracji Społecznej w Ostrzycach. 3.Szkolenia 4.Staże 5.Zatrudnienie subsydiowane (prace interwencyjne). 6.Jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej 7.Pośrednictwo pracy. Działania realizowane będą zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Dz.U. z 2016 r. poz. 645 z późn.zm). Cel główny projektu: Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kartuskim. Cele szczegółowe projektu: zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez 24 osoby bezrobotne; zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez co najmniej 50% uczestników projektu; określenie ścieżki zawodowej adekwatnej do posiadanych predyspozycji i potrzeb rynku pracy przez 100% uczestników, którzy ukończą udział w projekcie. Efekty realizacji projektu: 68 osób bezrobotnych objętych projektem,w tym: 10 osób powyżej 50 roku życia, 24 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, 20 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 6 osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 24 osoby uzyskają kwalifikacje zawodowe potwierdzone stosownym dokumentem.
