Projekt zakłada wsparcie osób powracających na rynek pracy poprzez zwiększenie dostępności do usług opiekuńczych dzięki zwiększeniu ilości miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 z 30 do 38 w Niepublicznym Żłobku "Kraina Elfów" w Gliwicach (M. Gliwice, woj. śląskie). W ramach projektu zaplanowano stworzenie i funkcjonowanie od 1.09.2016 do 31.08.2017 8 nowych miejsc opieki, modernizację i doposażenie placówki oraz rozbudowę placu zabaw. Czas trwania projektu to 23 miesiące (6.10.2015 - 31.08.2017). W odpowiedzi na zgłaszane potrzeby osób w trudnej sytuacji opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3 zaplanowano refundację wyżywienia oraz zapewnienie maksymalnej 10 godzinnej opieki nad dziećmi. Projekt skierowany jest do osób, które z powodu konieczności opieki nad dziećmi mają problemy ze znalezieniem zatrudnienia lub są zagrożone zwolnieniem z pracy i których sytuacja finansowa jest szczególnie trudna. Stworzone miejsca opieki będą funkcjonować najmniej przez 2 lata po zakończeniu projektu. (Polish)
