The project will cover persons listed for the purpose of the project, including at least 60 % of the project participants, including at least of those aged 50 and over, persons with disabilities, the low-skilled, women. The objective of the project carried out by the activities planned under the project will be carried out under the plan: Exploratory advice for the development of an ACTION PLAN (IPD), psychological counselling, coaching, individual meetings for Active SUPPORT, the ECDL Base B1 course, culminating in an examination, course, training or training courses offered by an examination, course, training or conversion courses recommended on the basis of IPD and the VET Barometer for example, a welder, truck driver and road tractor, evaporator operator, fork-lift truck operator, language courses, support for economic activity, including: training in order to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to start up and pursue an economic activity in compliance with IPDs (as complementary support for financial assistance), financial aid — non-repayable grant for start-up aid, bridge support — financial aid. Celem projektu jest poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 50 osób z obszaru woj. pomorskiego zwolnionych (pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które utraciły pracę z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu), pracowników przewidzianych do zwolnienia oraz zagrożonych zwolnieniem przekładająca się na zachowanie przez nich ciągłości zatrudnienia lub ich powrót na rynek pracy w terminie do 30.09.2019, poprzez wzrost ich kompetencji i kwalifikacji lub wsparcie w otwarciu działalności gospodarczej. Projektem będą objęte osoby wymienione w celu projektu, w tym co najmniej 60% uczestników projektu będą stanowiły (łącznie) osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych, kobiety. CEL PROJEKTU ZOSTANIE ZREALIZOWANY POPRZEZ DZIAŁANIA ZAPLANOWANE W PROJEKCIE tj. DORADZTWO ZAWODOWE POŁĄCZONE Z PRZYGOTOWANIEM INDYWIDUALNEGO PLANU DZIAŁANIA (IPD), PORADNICTWO PSYCHOLOGICZNE, COACHING, indywidualne spotkania dot. AKTYWNEGO POSZUKIWANIA PRACY, kurs ECDL Base B1 zakończony egzaminem, kursy, szkolenia PROWADZĄCE DO PODNIESIENIA, UZUPEŁNIENIA LUB ZMIANY KWALIFIKACJI ZAWODOWYCH rekomendowane na podstawie IPD oraz Barometru Zawodów (zawody/ kwalifikacje deficytowe) np. spawacz, kierowca samochodu ciężarowego i ciągnika siodłowego, operator koparki, operator wózka widłowego, kursy językowe, WSPARCIE W ZAKRESIE OTWARCIA DZIAŁALNOŚCI GOSPODARCZEJ, w tym: szkolenia umożliwiające uzyskanie wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych do podjęcia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w zakresie zgodnym z IPD (jako wsparcie uzupełniające do pomocy finansowej), pomoc finansowa - bezzwrotna dotacja na założenie działalności, wsparcie pomostowe - pomoc finansowa.
