Projekt jest adresowany do 153(84K,69M) osób bezrobotnych zarejestr. w PUP w Tczewie, dla kt. został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłącz. osób przed ukończ. 30 roku życia), należących co najmniej do jednej z nast. grup: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawn., os. długotrwale bezr., os. o niskich kwalifikacjach z obszaru powiatu tczewskiego. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie zatrudnienia 153(84K,69M) osób bezrobotnych z grupy docel. Cele szczegółowe: -aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 50% uczestników projektu, którzy zakończyli udział w proj. (nie wliczając uczestn., którzy podjęli samozatrudnienie dzięki wypłaconym w proj.środkom na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej), rozumiana jako doprowadzenie do trwałego tj. trwającego c.n. 3 m-ce zatrudnienia; -poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestn. proj.
