Project referred to group 129 (K-96, M-33) of unemployed persons registered in PUP in Sztuma with/s in Dzierzgowa from the district of ul. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed in the target group of the project. Support will be provided only through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the individual project participant concerned in the form of an individual Action Plan. Activities carried out: traineeships, intervention works, cost of equipping or retro-fitting work stations and one-off measures for setting up a business. Support under the project will be carried out in accordance with the law on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions and in accordance with the needs of participants/participants and employers. Participants in the project will be made available through work and/or careers advice. Employment efficiency planned for the most vulnerable (persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications to ISCED level 3, immigrants, returnees) — a minimum of 45 %. Employment efficiency ratio for other persons not belonging to the above-mentioned group at a minimum of 60 %. (English) | |||

Projekt skierowany do grupy 129 (K-96, M-33) osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP w Sztumie z/s w Dzierzgoniu z powiatu sztumskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Działania realizowane: staże, prace interwencyjne, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy oraz przyznawanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Wsparcie udzielane w ramach projektu będzie realizowane zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy oraz zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem uczestników/czek i pracodawców. Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci pośrednictwem pracy i/lub doradztwem zawodowym. Planowana efektywność zatrudnieniowa dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3, imigranci, reemigranci)- minimum 45%.
