The project targets 230 unemployed persons (125K and 105M) registered in the PUP Bytów for which a I or II profile has been set for the most disadvantaged in the labour market (excluding persons before the age of 30) from the district. The activities planned under the project are the placement of work, IPDs, professional guidance to all participants and project participants. The subsidised employment of 40 persons (30K and 10M) will be paid to work in the context of intervention works, equipment or fitting out a job providing 77 jobs for 77 people (42K and 35M). One-off measures will be granted for setting up a business for 44 persons (23K and 21M), group training will be organised for 105 people including 69 persons (30K and 39M) for vocational training and 30 persons (11K and 19M) prior to granting start-up funds for “My Company” training. The recruitment process will be conducted in an open manner, in line with women’s and men’s equal opportunities. Recruitment will be open to all interested potential participants/participants. Recruitment to the project will also constitute recruitment for individual forms of support. The actions undertaken in the project will target the provision of quality services to the unemployed, including in particular the early identification of participants’/cheque needs and the diagnosis of opportunities for their professional development. The project will be in line with the relevant Community policies and rules (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and a concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in line with the Law on Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, with the Public Procurement Act and the de minimis aid. (English)

    POWIAT BYTOWSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W BYTOWIE

    Projekt skierowany jest do 230 osób bezrobotnych (125K i 105M) zarejestrowanych w PUP Bytów dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia) z powiatu bytowskiego. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie to pośrednictwo pracy, IPD, doradztwo zawodowe, którym objęci zostaną wszyscy uczestnicy i uczestniczki projektu. Zatrudnienie subsydiowane w ramach którego 40 osób (30K i 10M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach którego utworzonych zostanie 77 stanowisk pracy dla 77 osób (42K i 35M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 44 osób (23K i 21M), zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia grupowe na które skierowanych zostanie 105 osób, w tym - 69 osób (30K i 39M) zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia zawodowe, a 30 osób (11K i 19M) przed udzieleniem środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej zostanie skierowanych na szkolenie w zakresie "Moja Firma". Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Rekrutacja będzie dostępna dla wszystkich zainteresowanych potencjalnych uczestników/czek. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na poszczególne formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w projekcie ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz osób bezrobotnych, w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt będzie zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z ustawa PZP i pomocą de minimis. (Polish)
