The project will be implemented in 4 primary Schools (No 1, No 3; No. 5; no 7) and 3 lower secondary schools (No 1; No. 2; no 3). On the basis of the school diagnosis needs approved by the authority providing support within the project, 1571 pupils (707K) will be included in the project; 864M) and 183 teachers (147K; 36M). Students will take part in teaching and compensatory courses, talents, specialised workshops, workshops and educational advice. In addition, teachers will be qualified to take part in workshops, courses, training and postgraduate courses. A total of 4635 pupils are currently enrolled in all schools (SIO IX.2015 data). The results are close to the regional average in the external test. The actions planned in the project are part of the strategy for the development of the City of Chojnice 2020 and support the achievement of the strategic goal of “developing the education system”. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of general education in the 7 schools of the Chojnice City in the period 01.09.2016-30.06.2018, by providing additional training to the teaching database, the development of key competences for the labour market with 1571 students, as part of the implementation of additional forms of support and the improvement of the skills and professional competences of 183 teachers as a result of participation in training, workshops and postgraduate studies. As part of the implementation of the project, the key competences of 1414 pupils and the acquisition of additional qualifications, the skills of 165 teachers have been assumed. The applicant shall ensure that, for a period of up to 6 months from the date of completion of the project, the functionality specified in the implementation standards for support is completed. Zadaniem projektu jest podniesienie jakości w 7 szkołach o kształceniu ogólnym podlegającym pod Miasto Chojnice w woj. Pomorskim. Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie 4 Szkół Podstawowych (nr 1;nr 3; nr 5; nr 7) oraz 3 Szkół Gimnazjalnych (nr 1; nr 2; nr 3). Na podstawie przeprowadzonej przez szkoły diagnozy potrzeb zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący wsparciem w ramach projektu zostanie objętych 1571 uczniów (707K; 864M) oraz 183 nauczycieli (147K;36M). Uczniowie ci wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych, rozwijających uzdolnienia, specjalistycznych, warsztatach oraz doradztwie edukacyjno zawodowym. Ponadto nauczyciele podniosą swoje kwalifikacje biorąc udział w warsztatach,kursach, szkoleniach oraz studiach podyplomowych. Aktualnie we wszystkich szkołach łącznie kształci się 4635 uczniów (dane SIO IX.2015). Wyniki w egzaminach zewnętrznych (sprawdzian szóstoklasisty oraz egzamin gimnazjalny) są zbliżone do średniej wojewódzkiej. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie wpisują się w strategię rozwoju Miasta Chojnice 2020 i wspierają realizację celu strategicznego "Rozwój systemu edukacji". Celem głównym projektu jest w okresie 01.09.2016 - 30.06.2018r podniesienie jakości kształcenia ogólnego na terenie 7 szkół Miasta Chojnice poprzez doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej, rozwój kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u 1571 uczniów w ramach realizacji dodatkowych form wsparcia oraz doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 183 nauczycieli w wyniku udziału w szkoleniach, warsztatach oraz studiach podyplomowych. W ramach realizacji projektu założono podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych u 1414 uczniów oraz nabycie dodatkowych kwalifikacji, umiejętności przez 165 nauczycieli. Wnioskodawca zapewni we wszystkich szkołach w okresie do 6 miesięcy od daty zakończenia realizacji projektu funkcjonalności określone w standardach realizacji wsparcia. (Polish)
