The aim of the project is to improve the efficiency of general education in schools by organising additional extra-curricular activities. Specific objectives: • Development of news and skills of students capable of life course• Developing educational disparities in nature and mathematics• Support to students in the form of educational and vocational training advice on further education and labour market needs• Improving pedagogical skills in the teaching profession• Increase the efficiency of the therapy and inclusion of people with disabilities• Extension of the educational offer of ZSP to develop creativity, innovation and teamwork. Actions: • Diagnosis of project participants• Recruitment of the target group to take part in activities of, inter alia, the following types: laboratories, workshops• Purchase of modern teaching aids and ICT tools• Improving teaching and teaching skills• Evaluation of the activities carried out in relation to the achievement of the objective of the sustainability of the project: The main effect is a lasting change in the teaching methodology in the ZSP. Teachers will be required to use innovative teaching methods. The school base will help to improve the quality of the courses, which will help to increase learning outcomes and foster motivation to learn. There will also be a solution to the lack of career guidance through the establishment of a professional Career Careers Centre. It will also make it very important that the participants are equipped with skills in key competences — sustainable activities of the school. There will also be a permanent therapeutic cabinet. The project is in line with the diagnosis of educational and development needs of the municipal schools, approved by Order 139/2015 of the mayor of K (English) | |||

Projekt skierowany do 235 uczniów (w tym 116 dz.) Zespołu Szkół Publicznych w Kaliskach – 100 % szkół w gminie. Celem projektu jest podniesienie efektywności kształcenia ogólnego w w/w szkołach poprzez organizację dodatkowych zajęć pozalekcyjnych. Cele szczegółowe: • Rozwijanie wiadomości i umiejętności uczniów zdolnych z zakresu przedmiotów przyrodniczych • Wyrównanie dysproporcji edukacyjnych z zakresu przedmiotów przyrodniczych i matematyki • Wsparcie uczniów gim. w postaci poradnictwa edukacyjno-zawodowego w zakresie dalszej edukacji i potrzeb rynku pracy • Doskonalenie kompetencji dydaktycznych rad pedagogicznych • Zwiększenie efektywności terapii i integracji osób niepełnosprawnych • Rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej ZSP o zajęcia rozwijające kreatywność, innowacyjność oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole. Działania: • Diagnoza uczestników projektu • Rekrutacja grupy docelowej do uczestnictwa w zajęciach m. in. typu: laboratoria, warsztaty • Zakup nowoczesnych pomocy dydaktycznych i narzędzi TIK • Doskonalenie kompetencji dydaktycznych rad pedagogicznych • Ewaluacja prowadzonych zajęć w odniesieniu do realizacji celu Trwałość projektu: Najważniejszym efektem jest trwała zmiana metodyki nauczania w ZSP. Nauczyciele zostaną zobligowani do stosowania innowacyjnych metod nauczania. Doposażona baza szkoły umożliwi podniesienie jakości zajęć, co przyczyni się do zwiększenia efektów nauczania oraz wzmocni motywację do nauki. Zostanie również rozwiązany problem braku poradnictwa zawodowego poprzez utworzenie Szkolnego Ośrodka Kariery Zawodowej. Bardzo istotnym efektem będzie również wyposażenie uczestników w umiejętności z zakresu kompetencji kluczowych – trwała działalność szkoły. Powstanie także na stałe funkcjonujący gabinet terapeutyczny.
