A modern education as an opportunity for a better start, a project carried out in the village of Sta Kieszwa (Zwar.pomorskie) in the period from 01.09.2016 to 30.06.2018. Goal: improving the quality of education and raising the level of key competences needed in the labour market for 586 students including 277 students (to: Set of Education and Training Teams in Stest Kaszewie to Gimpozjum-47dz, 53ch and SP-107Z, 124ch; SP in Góra — 28dz, 23ch; The “Stare Polaszko” team of the Stare Poluszonium-44dz, 56ch and SP-51Z, 53ch schools, including the development of students with special educational needs; supporting the professional development of 86 teachers, including 75 women, mainly in the preparation of key competences for the education of key competences, as well as work with pupils with special educational needs. Specific objectives: 1-developing the competences and knowledge of pupils/students, by carrying out developing activities; 2-developing skills and knowledge among students/disadvantaged students by completing adjustment activities; 3-performing courses for students with special needs; 4-develop the right attitudes and skills in the labour market in pupils/students by completing individual activities of vocational guidance; 5-improving the skills and competences of teachers/medicine; 6-implementation of school time; 7-creation of interschool staff: 2 physico-chemical and natural worker; 3 computer and linguistic laboratories and 1 nature room. Activities are complementary to the activities carried out before the start of the project by the schools. The scale of the activities carried out by the schools before the start of the project (expenditure on their implementation) will not be reduced compared to the scale of the activities (expenditure on their implementation) borne by the schools during the period of 12 months prior to the start of the project (average per month). "Nowoczesna edukacja szansą na lepszy start" - projekt realizowany w gminie wiejskiej Stara Kiszewa (woj.pomorskie) w okresie od 01.09.2016 do 30.06.2018. Cel główny: poprawa jakości kształcenia oraz wzrost poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u 586 uczniów w tym 277 uczennic (uczęszczających do: Zespołu Kształcenia i Wychowania w Starej Kiszewie do Gimnazjum-47dz,53ch i SP-107dz,124ch; SP w Górze-28dz,23ch; Zespołu Szkół Stare Polaszki do Gimnazjum-44dz,56ch i SP-51dz,53ch) – w tym zwiększenie szans rozwojowych uczniów o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych; wsparcie doskonalenia zawodowego 86 nauczycieli w tym 75 kobiet głównie w zakresie przygotowania do kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych oraz pracy z uczniami o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Cele szczegółowe: 1-rozwinięcie kompetencji i wiedzy u uczniów/nic zdolnych poprzez zrealizowanie zajęć rozwijających; 2-rozwinięcie kompetencji i wiedzy u uczniów/nic słabszych poprzez zrealizowanie zajęć wyrównujących; 3-zrealizowanie zajęć dla uczniów/nic ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi; 4-rozwinięcie właściwych postaw i umiejętności na rynku pracy u uczniów/nic poprzez zrealizowanie indywidualnych zajęć z doradztwa zawodowego; 5-udoskonalenie umiejętność i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli/lek; 6-wykonanie osieciowania szkół; 7-utworzenie międzyszkolnych pracowni: 2 pracowni fizyczno-chemiczno-przyrodniczych; 3 pracowni komputerowo-językowych oraz 1 pracowni przyrodniczej. Działania w proj. stanowią uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem projektu przez szkoły. Skala działań prowadzonych przez szkoły przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu (nakładów środków na ich realizację) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów środków na ich realizację) ponoszonych przez szkoły w okresie 12 m-cy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu (średniomiesięcznie).Diagnozę przyjęto zarządzeniem Wójta Gminy Stara Kiszewa z 31.12.2015 roku Nr 112/XII/20 (Polish)
