The project is covered by: Municipality of Kobylnica — applicant and partners: The town of Słupsk, the City of Ustka, the municipality of Słupsk, the municipality of Dębnica Kaszubska. The project is in line with the scope agreed in the framework of the ZPT. The project will focus on: 1. Creation of nursery places by means of adaptation or adaptation (renovation works) of buildings and premises, elimination of architectural barriers, fitting-out of playgrounds, the provision of nursery school and pre-school facilities in schools in accordance with children’s development needs, the organisation of children’s premises in integration offices and the adaptation of existing pre-school education places to the needs of children with disabilities (244 places). 2. Comprehensive support for early teacher training in order to improve the quality of education in children’s early childhood education, the development of key competences and psycho-pedagogical assistance (122 n-li). 3. Organisation of secondary activities carried out outside a five-hour free basis for programming (including specialised courses, socio-emotional skills, and those for gymnastics) — (1650 children). 4. Individualised support for children with disabilities, including the development of programmes and the provision of supplementary activities, the preparation of teaching staff and training for carers, 5. The environmental work with children’s legal guardians to raise awareness about the impact of pre-school education on the development of the child (79R/OP). Measures to improve the quality of pre-school education will be based on a regional framework for comprehensive support for schools and kindergartens. (English) | |||

Realizowany projekt uwzględnia potrzeby OWP w poszczególnych Gminach wynikające z przeprowadzonych przez Dyrektorów przedszkoli diagnoz. Projektem objęte są: Gmina Kobylnica - wnioskodawca oraz partnerzy: Miasto Słupsk, Miasto Ustka, Gmina Słupsk, Gmina Dębnica Kaszubska. Projekt jest zgodny z zakresem uzgodnionym w ramach ZPT. Przedsięwzięcie obejmie przede wszystkim: 1. Tworzenie miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego poprzez dostosowanie lub adaptację (prace remontowo-wykończeniowe) budynków i pomieszczeń, likwidację barier architektonicznych, wyposażanie placów zabaw, doposażenie przedszkoli i oddziałów przedszkolnych w szkołach w sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne w zależności od potrzeb rozwojowych dzieci, organizacja pomieszczeń dla dzieci w oddziałach integracyjnych i dostosowanie istniejących miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami(244 miejsc). 2. Kompleksowe wspomaganie przedszkoli w zakresie doskonalenia nauczycieli w aspekcie podnoszenia jakości kształcenia we wczesnej edukacji dzieci, rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych oraz pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej (objętych 122 n-li). 3. Organizację zajęć dodatkowych, realizowanych poza pięciogodzinną bezpłatną podstawą programową (w tym zajęcia specjalistyczne, rozwijające kompetencje społeczno-emocjonalne i gimnastyka korekcyjną) - (1650 dzieci). 4. Indywidualizowane wsparcie dedykowane dzieciom z niepełnosprawnościami, obejmujące m.in. opracowanie programów i realizację zajęć dodatkowych, przygotowanie kadry dydaktycznej oraz szkolenia dla opiekunów, 5. Pracę środowiskową z opiekunami prawnymi dzieci na rzecz podnoszenia świadomości w zakresie wpływu edukacji przedszkolnej na rozwój dziecka (79 R/OP). Działania w zakresie podnoszenia jakości edukacji przedszkolnej realizowane będą w oparciu o wypracowane na poziomie regionalnym ramy dotyczące kompleksowego wspomagania szkół i przedszkoli. (Polish)
