The aim of the project is to improve the quality of vocational education by setting up the network of upper secondary vocational schools corresponding to local and regional needs. The aim of the project is to increase the level of employability of graduates in schools. The specific objectives of the project are to: (1) improving the chances of vocational school students to succeed in the labour market, (2) adapting the professional competences of teachers to the requirements of the dynamically changing labour market, (3) strengthening and systematising professional and higher education cooperation with employers and universities, (4) strengthening the attractiveness of vocational schools. The target group is the pupils and teachers of students who are working and living in the Pomorskie region within the meaning of the Civil Code. Support for the development of professional competences will be covered by 404U (196K, 208M) in 3 units of t.ZSA, ZST, ZSP Black including: ZSA Człuchów (104 college students); ZST Człuchów (75 vocational school pupils and 75 technical college students); In contrast, 75 teachers (3K, 3M) from the ZST Człuchów School, ZSP Black, ZSA Człuchów and 2 instructors of practice (2M) will support the upskilling of the profession. The project activities were planned on the basis of a diagnosis of needs approved by the management body on 19 May 2016 (Resolution No 194/54/2016 of the Management Board of Człuchowski District). The project is integrated with the project submitted under Action 4.1. (competition No RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). The project is in line with the scope of the strategic project: “Shaping the network of upper secondary vocational schools taking into account the needs of the subregional and regional labour markets (according to the Strategic Regulations on “Active Pomerania” (2 June 2016). Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie jakości szkolnictwa zawodowego poprzez ukształtowanie sieci ponadgimnazjalnych szkół zawodowych odpowiadających lokalnym i regionalnym potrzebom. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnialności absolwentów szkół w Powiecie. Cele szczegółowe realizacji projektu mają na celu: 1) zwiększenie szans uczniów szkół zawodowych na odniesienie sukcesu na rynku pracy, 2) dostosowanie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli do wymogów dynamicznie zmieniającego się rynku pracy, 3) zwiększenie i usystematyzowanie współpracy szkół zawodowych z pracodawcami oraz szkołami wyższymi, 4) wzmocnienie atrakcyjności oferty szkół zawodowych. Grupa docelowa to uczniowie i nauczyciele uczący się, pracujący i mieszkający na terenie województwa pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów kodeksu cywilnego w powiecie człuchowskim. Wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji zawodowych zostanie objętych 404U(196K,208M)w 3 Zespołach Szkół tj.ZSA,ZST,ZSP Czarne w tym: ZSA Człuchów (104 uczniów technikum);ZST Człuchów (75 uczniów szkoły zawodowej i 75 uczniów technikum); ZSP Czarne (75 uczniów szkoły zawodowej i 75 uczniów technikum)natomiast wsparciem w zakresie podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych objętych zostanie 6 nauczycieli (3K, 3M)ze szkół ZST Człuchów, ZSP Czarne, ZSA Człuchów oraz 2 instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu (2M). Działania przewidziane do realizacji w projekcie zostały zaplanowane w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb zatwierdzoną przez organ prowadzący w dniu 19 maja 2016 r. (Uchwała Zarządu Powiatu Człuchowskiego nr 194/54/2016 ). Projekt jest zintegrowany z projektem złożonym w ramach działania 4.1. (Konkurs nr RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). Projekt jest zgodny z zakresem przedsięwzięcia strategicznego pn. "Kształtowanie sieci ponadgimnazjalnych szkół zawodowych uwzględniającej potrzeby subregionalnych i regionalnych rynków pracy (zgodnie z Regulaminem Strategicznym "Aktywni Pomorzanie" (Uchwała Zarządu SWP 547/146/16 z dnia 2 czerwca 2016r.).
