The subject of the investment project is the reconstruction of the construction of residential heating plants in the field of sunfired biomass and the reconstruction of sections of the sanitary and storm-water sewerage system and the construction of a photovoltaic installation. The scope of the investment consists of the following: The reconstruction of sections of the sanitary and storm-water sewerage system, the extension of the boiler building, the dismantling of the 2.5 MW boiler run and the installation of two new boilers with a total capacity of 1.6 MW. Installation of 20kWp photovoltaic panels. As a result of the implementation, the estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions due to a significantly lower amount of electricity consumption will be caused — by the absolute reduction — 47,95 Mg CO2 (46.08 %) and given the additional generation of electricity from the photovoltaic installation, the result will be the following: absolute reduction — 62,38 Mg CO2 (59.94 %). general particulates — 1,166 Mg/year SO2-0,506 Mg/year CO — 0,622 Mg/year CO — 0,622 tonnes/year Emission equivalent — 6,002 tonnes/year. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje realizowane kolejno: -przebudowę odcinków sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej, -rozbudowę budynku kotłowni, -demontaż wyeksploatowanego kotła o mocy 2,5MW i montaż dwóch nowych kotłów o łącznej mocy 1,6MW. - montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy 20kWp. W wyniku realizacji zadania szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych spowodowany znacznie mniejszym zużyciem prądu wyniesie- redukcja bezwzględna - 47,95 Mg CO2 (46,08%) a uwzględniając dodatkową produkcję prądu z instalacji fotowoltaicznej wskaźnik rezultatu będzie następujący: redukcja bezwzględna – 62,38 Mg CO2 (59,94%) Ponadto nastąpi redukcja: pyłów ogólnych - 1,166 Mg/rok SO2 - 0,506 Mg/rok NOx - 0,622 Mg/rok CO - 0,622 Mg/rok Emisja równoważna - 6,002 Mg/rok.
