The main aim of the project is to improve the transport accessibility of the eastern part of the Podkarpackie region in road traffic and to increase the region’s coherence of communication. The project will improve the social and territorial cohesion of the Podkarpackie region in terms of road infrastructure by improving the links between the region’s communication system. The project will contribute to the economic development of the region, increase its investment attractiveness as well as the potential and growth potential of the enterprise. The investment is intended to include the reconstruction of a bridge structure and an adaptation of the works to the engine. the engineering structure will be used to carry out a motor and pedestrian traffic over the San. The purpose of the modification is to adapt it to the parameters of the reconstructed road and to the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister for Transport and Maritime Economy of 30 May 2000 on the technical conditions to be applied by road engineering structures and their location. As a result of the alterations, the technical parameters and the operating of the bridge will be improved. The load capacity class of the plant will be increased from C to A according to PN-85/S-10030. The modification shall result in an increase in width of the platform resulting from the need to equip a pedestrian walkway with a width of 2.0 m and to use appropriate traffic safety devices. The overall length of the facility will not be broken. as a result of the project, the bridge structure will reach the following parameters: the length of the collecting system: 239.95 m, static: solid beam of 6-coupling beam, overall width: 10.67 m, width of the road: 6.00 m + 2 x 0.5 m band, load class: A (50 tonnes).Length of the reconstructed road following the project is 0.25 km.     Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa dostępności transportowej południowo - wschodniej części województwa podkarpackiego w ruchu drogowym oraz zwiększenie spójności komunikacyjnej regionu. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa spójności społecznej i terytorialnej województwa podkarpackiego w zakresie infrastruktury drogowej poprzez poprawę powiązań układu komunikacyjnego województwa. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwoju gospodarczego regionu, zwiększy się jego atrakcyjność inwestycyjna, jak również potencjał i możliwości rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na tym terenie.Przedmiotem inwestycji są roboty budowlane na obiekcie mostowym na rzece San w m. Ubieszyn w km 133+672,81 - 133+925,66 polegające na dostosowaniu jego nośności do klasy A wg PN-85/S-10030. Zamierzenie inwestycyjne obejmuje przebudowę obiektu mostowego i adaptację dojazdów do mostu.Przebudowywany obiekt inżynierski służył będzie do przeprowadzenia ruchu samochodowego i pieszego nad rzeką San. Przebudowa obiektu ma na celu dostosowanie go do parametrów przebudowywanej drogi, a także do wymagań Rozporządzenia Ministra Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej z dnia 30 maja 2000r. w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny opowiadać drogowe obiekty inżynierskie i ich usytuowanie. W wyniku przebudowy poprawie ulegną parametry techniczne i ruchowe mostu. Klasa nośności obiektu wzrośnie z C do A wg PN-85/S-10030. W wyniku przebudowy obiektu przewiduje się zwiększenie szerokości pomostu wynikające z konieczności wyposażenia obiektu w chodnik dla pieszych o szerokości 2,0m oraz zastosowania odpowiednich urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu. Całkowita długość obiektu nie ulegnie zmianie.W wyniku realizacji projektu obiekt mostowy osiągnie następujące parametry: długość ustroju niosącego: 239,95m, schemat statyczny: belka ciągła 6-cio przęsłowa, szerokość całkowita: 10,67m, szerokość jezdni: 6,00m + 2 x 0,5m opaski, klasa obciążenia: A (50 ton).Długość odcinka drogi przebudowanego w wyniku projektu to 0,25km.
