The purpose of this project is to rebuild and equip the section of the separate collection point for municipal waste in Kołczyce, which is located at ul. On 17 January, in accordance with the schedule for the implementation of the investment, along with the costs of the Investment Plan in Annex 1 to the Waste Management Plan for Podkarpackie Province 2022, as a word for the implementation of this project under heading No 72.The main objective of this project is to improve the efficiency of waste management in the municipality of Kołczyce, which will reduce the negative impact of municipal waste on the environment in the region, which means that this project is part of the objective of Measure 4.2 ROP PP 2014-2020, which is ‘an increased proportion of separately collected waste in Podkarpackie Province’. The specific objectives of the project will in turn be 1. Increasing the separate collection of waste by residents (2). Increase in the rate of recycling of municipal lands.3. The public awareness of the proper management of municipal waste, including food waste and other biodegradable waste, will be reviewed on the basis of such indicators, jak:wskaźniki of product: 1. Number of sorted municipal waste collection points supported: 1,00 units Result indicators: 1. Additional waste recycling capacity: 40,20 Mg/year (year of achievement 2019), 2. Przedmiotem realizacji niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa i wyposażenie punktu selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych w Kołaczycach, który zlokalizowany jest przy ul. 17-go stycznia, zgodnie z harmonogramem realizacji inwestycji wraz z kosztami Planu inwestycyjnego stanowiącego załącznik nr 1 do Planu Gospodarki Odpadami dla Województwa Podkarpackiego 2022, będąc przedsięwzięciem literalnie wskazanym do realizacji pod pozycją nr 72.Głównym celem realizacji niniejszego projektu jest zatem poprawa efektywności gospodarki odpadami na terenie gminy Kołaczyce, która przełoży się na ograniczenie negatywnego oddziaływania odpadów komunalnych na środowisko naturalne w regionie, dzięki czemu przedsięwzięcie to wpisuje się w cel Działania 4.2 RPO WP 2014-2020, jakim jest „zwiększony udział odpadów zebranych selektywnie w województwie podkarpackim”. Z kolei celami szczegółowymi projektu będą:1. Zwiększenie selektywnego zbierania odpadów przez mieszkańców.2. Wzrost stopnia recyklingu odpadów komunalnych.3. Wzrost świadomości społeczeństwa na temat właściwego gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, w tym odpadami żywności i innymi odpadami ulegającymi biodegradacji.Stopień osiągnięcia efektów realizacji przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia zostanie zweryfikowany w oparciu o takie wskaźniki, jak:wskaźniki produktu:1. Liczba wspartych Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych: 1,00 szt. (rok osiągnięcia 2018r.).wskaźniki rezultatu:1. Dodatkowe możliwości przerobowe w zakresie recyklingu odpadów: 40,20 Mg/ rok (rok osiągnięcia 2019),2. Liczba osób objętych selektywnym zbieraniem odpadów: 7 000,00 os. (rok osiągnięcia 2019).
