The project concerns deep energy modernisation of 9 residential buildings of flats belonging to the Communities’ Housing Communities in the City of Nowa Szyna, i.e. in the streets: Korczak 2, Korczak 4, Jorana 2, 1 May 6, 1 May 5, Konopnicka 16, Konopnicka 7, Sikorski 4 and Chemiach 13. The material scope of the task consists of the thermal renovation of the buildings by the insulation of fundamental walls, floor walls, external walls, costume housing and floors, replacement of window frames in the basement and staircases, replacement of door frames in the basement and staircases, replacement of door frames in the basement and stairwells of the entrance, modernisation of the c.o system by installing vertical lift valves, thermostatic with hydraulic equilibrium. In addition, the replacement of lighting fittings in parts of the common buildings is provided for the replacement of lighting fittings with the motion sensors. In addition, in order to increase the use of RES energy for each building, installation of the installation of a 0.5 kW photovoltaic panels to be used for the lighting needs of the stairwells is foreseen. The project will achieve the following output indicators: — an additional capacity of power generation from renewable sources — 4,5 kWe, — the number of households with a better energy consumption classification of 225, — the number of units of electricity generation from RES built — 9 units, the number of buildings that have been renovated — 17 414.51 m², — the useful floor area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation — 9 GJ/year, — the amount of saved electricity — 14,20 GJ/year, — electricity production from newly built renewable installations — 4.47 MWh/year, — estimated fall in greenhouse gas emissions — 249,15 tonCO2/rok, — reduction of final energy consumption — 4138,18 GJ/year, — saving of energy costs — PLN 259 596,22/year. Projekt dotyczy głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej 9-ciu budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych należących do Wspólnot Mieszkaniowych na terenie Miasta Nowa Sarzyna tj. przy ulicach: Korczaka 2, Korczaka 4, Jordana 2, 1 Maja 6, 1 Maja 5, Konopnickiej 16, Konopnickiej 7, Sikorskiego 4 i Chemików 13. Zakres rzeczowy zadania obejmuje termomodernizację budynków poprzez ocieplenie ścian fundamentowych, ścian piwnic, ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachów i stropów pod poddaszami, wymianę stolarki okiennej w piwnicach i klatkach schodowych, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej wejściowej, modernizację instalacji c.o. poprzez montaż zaworów podpionowych, termostatycznych z równoważeniem hydraulicznym. Dodatkowo w zakresie modernizacji oświetlenia w częściach wspólnych budynków przewidziano wymianę opraw żarówkowych na oprawy typu LED z czujnikami ruchu. Ponadto w celu zwiększenia wykorzystania energii z OZE dla każdego budynku przewidziano montaż instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznej o mocy 0,5 kW do wykorzystania na potrzeby oświetlenia klatek schodowych. Dzięki realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki produktu:- dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych - 4,5 kWe,- liczba gospodarstw domowych z lepszą klasą zużycia energii - 225 szt.,- liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE - 9 szt.,- liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 9 szt.,- powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji - 17414,51 m2.oraz wskaźniki rezultatu:- ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 4092,18 GJ/rok,- ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej - 14,20 MWhe/rok,- produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowowybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE - 4,47 MWh/rok,- szacowany spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych - 249,15 tonCO2/rok,- zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej - 4138,18 GJ/rok,- oszczędność kosztów zaopatrzenia w energię - 259 596,22 zł/rok.
