The main aim of the project is to decarbonise Mielec and to increase the efficiency of fuel combustion processes by exchanging heat sources in the municipality. The municipality, as the applicant, prepares, commissions and coordinates the exchange of sources of heat to be used by households in the municipality for the specific purposes of: — reducing emissions to air (dusts, B (a) P, GHG and others), — to save energy (in buildings, transmission and distribution) and to rationalise its costs, — to facilitate the use of energy sources, to improve heating comfort, — to promote attitudes towards saving energy, — to reduce energy poverty, — to increase responsibility for the state of the environment and air pollution, — to combat climate change and increase the resilience of local energy systems to the risks arising from these changes. 148 boilers, in single-family dwellings (1). 135-2 condensing gas condensing boilers The use of automatic boilers for the use of biomass 13 for biomass (3). Hot water heating assembly for biomass boilers: 4 The project will not be carried out in partnership. The Municipality of Mielec will ensure the preparation, implementation and coordination of the project in a comprehensive manner. (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest obniżenie emisyjności pyłów w Gminie Mielec oraz zwiększenie efektywności procesów energetycznego spalania paliw poprzez wymianę źródeł ciepła w obiektach na terenie Gminy. Gmina jako Wnioskodawca przygotowuje, zleca i koordynuje wykonanie wymiany źródeł ciepła, z których korzystać będą gospodarstwa domowe z terenu Gminy Do celów Szczegółowych należą:- zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza (pyły, B(a)P, GHG i inne),- oszczędności energii (w budynkach, przesyle i dystrybucji) i racjonalizację jej kosztów, - ułatwienie obsługi źródeł energii, poprawę komfortu cieplnego, - promowania postaw związanych z oszczędzaniem energii, - ograniczenia ubóstwa energetycznego, - zwiększenia odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska i zanieczyszczenie powietrza, - przeciwdziałanie zmianom klimatu i zwiększaniem odporności lokalnych systemów energetycznych na zagrożenia wynikające z tych zmian.Projekt „parasolowy” dotyczy następujących instalacji: 148 szt. kotłów, w budynkach mieszkalnych jednorodzinnych w tym1. Gazowe kotły kondensacyjne 135 szt.2. Automatycznych kotłów centralnego ogrzewania opalanych biomasą 13 szt.3. Zespół podgrzewu ciepłej wody użytkowej dla kotłów na biomasę: 4 szt.Projekt nie będzie realizowany w partnerstwie.
