Main results of the project: 3 DDP will be created? 30 Independent carers will be covered by the daily ‘House of Aid’ services in Lower Saxony, 30 in Korczyn and 15. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do usług opiekuńczych dla 75 os. starszych/niesamodzielnych i niepełnosprawnych z terenu pow. krośnieńskiego, p. M. Korosno, pow. bieszczadzkiego i pow. sanockiego poprzez utworzenie 3 Dziennych Domów Pomocy w okresie 01.03.2018-31.12.2020r. Grupę docelową stanowi 75 OS/niesamodzielnych, w tym ON z terenu pow. krośnieńskiego, p. M. Krosno, bieszczadzkiego i sanockiego, których stan zdrowia nie wymaga leczenia w warunkach szpitalnych, uniemożliwia jednak samodzielne wykonywanie co najmniej jednej z podst. czynności dnia codziennego. Główne rezultaty projektu: ? utworzone zostanie 3 DDP ? 30 os. niesamodzielnych zostanie objętych usługami opiekuńczymi w Dziennym Domu Pomocy w Ustrzykach Dolnych, 30 os. w Korczynie i 15 os. w Zboiskach. ? u 60% uczestników proj. nastąpi poprawa jakości i kofortu życia.
