The main objective of the project is to develop the environmental forms of aid through support of 123 os. aged/dependent (OS.NS), including disabled persons and 40 carers, by providing mobile home care services and by providing training and consultancy services to the OF in the 01.03.2019-30.11.2021 period. The project will: 1.The implementation of forms of support provided for in trilogues, i.e. residential care services provided at home to OS/OS.NS — Participants for the Project by Official Journal. 2. the 3th legal consultation on the first aid to Carers, the Social Security Office (ZUS), PEFRON, provides a partial payment to the UP, whose income is higher than 150 % of the cost of social assistance, in terms of service. These activities are aimed at the organisation of care for the elderly/ON as long as possible in the area of residence and the postponement of the need to provide 24/7 institutional care for the elderly/ON. The courses will be tailored to take account of the type and degree of disability and the expectations of the UP. As a result of the project activities: ? 123 Living and dependent, including people with disabilities, will receive support in the form of care services, resulting in an increase in their standard of living. ? 40 care-givers will be trained in the first assistance, which will increase the safety of the UP. Celem głównym projektu jest rozwój środowiskowych form pomocy poprzez wsparcie 123 os. starszych /niesamodzielnych (OS.NS), w tym niepełnosprawnych oraz 40 opiekunów faktycznych poprzez świadczenie usług mobilnej opieki domowej oraz szkoleń i doradztwa dla OF na terenie m. Przemyśl, pow. przemyskiego i powiatu sanockiego w okresie 01.03.2019-30.11.2021r. Projekt zakłada: 1.realizację form wsparcia przewidzianych w kontraktach trójstronnych, tj. usług opiekuńczych świadczonych w miejscu zamieszkania na rzecz OS/OS.NS - Uczestników projektu przez Opiekunów Dziennych. 2. szkol. z pierwszej pomocy dla opiekunów faktycznych 3. konsultacje prawne z zakresu spraw prowadzonych przez NFZ, ZUS, PEFRON Projekt przewiduje częściową odpłatność UP, których dochód przekracza 150% kryterium dochodowego pomocy społ., za realiz. usługi. Ww. działania mają na celu organizację opieki nad o. starszymi/ON jak najdłużej w miejcu zamieszkania i odraczanie w czasie konieczności całodobowej opieki instytucjonalnej nad os. starszymi/ON. Zajęcia będą zindywidualizowane, uwzględniające rodzaj i stopień niepełnosprawności oraz oczekiwania UP. W rezultacie realizacji działań projektowych: ? 123 os. starszych/niesamodzielnych, w tym os.niepełnosprawnych otrzyma wsparcie w postaci usług opiekuńczych, co przełoży się na wzrost ich standardu życia. ? 40 opiekunów faktycznych zostanie przeszkolonych z zakresu udzielania pierwszej pomocy, co przełoży się na wzrost bezpieczeństwa UP.
