Cel główny: Zwiększenie liczby miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w Gminie Miejskiej Dynów poprzez wygenerowanie 50 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w nowoutworzonych dwóch grupach w Przedszkolu Miejskim w Dynowie oraz doposażenie OWP do 30.09.2018 r. Cel główny projektu przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego Priorytetu Inwestycyjnego poprzez powstanie i funkcjonowanie w woj. Podkarpackim 50 dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, co bezpośrednio wpłynie pozytywnie na możliwość powrotu na rynek pracy osób, w szczególności kobiet, które do tej pory zaangażowane były w domową opiekę nad dziećmi, w wyniku czego przedwcześnie opuszczały regionalny rynek pracy. Wygenerowane miejsca spowodują wzrost odsetka dzieci w wieku od 3 lat, które zostaną objęte systemem wczesnej edukacji i opieki nad dzieckiem. Tym samym w skali całego woj. podkarpackiego będzie realizowana polityka UE objęcia wczesną edukacją w całej UE 95% dzieci. (Polish)
