The main objective of the project is to increase the share of production of electricity and heat using renewable energy sources in the municipalities of single and Dukla municipalities. It is intended to carry out the construction work consisting of the installation of 849 RES installations for individual households operating in the assisted area. The project plans to construct new installations for the production of thermal energy (solar collectors: 251, biomass boilers — 80 biomass boilers, ground and air heat pumps — 12 and 60 units respectively) and the production of electricity (446 solar panels). 770 households were selected for the project, out of which 193 households affected by energy poverty (ca. 25 %). The product product will be 403 newly built heat generation units with an energy generation capacity of 2.79 MW and 446 generation units with power generation capacity of 1.59 MW. The total value of installed capacity in connection with the construction and installation of RES equipment under the project will be 4.38 MW. The project will be completed by the end of 2018, allowing an annual heat generation of 2 881.82 MWh and an electricity of 1 562.52 MWh. The project will also lead to an estimated fall in greenhouse gas emissions of 1 997,84 tonnes CO2/rok equivalent. The project is ready for implementation and has no administrative barriers to its implementation under building law. The implementation of the project has been included in the low-emission economy plans of both partners. The value of the project is PLN 13 601 165,77, including eligible expenditure — PLN 12 274 404,00 and the final recipients’ contribution to the financing of eligible expenditure was set at 30 %. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału produkcji energii elektrycznej i cieplnej przy pomocy odnawialnych źródeł energii na terenie gmin Jedlicze i Dukla. Jego osiągnięciu ma służyć wykonanie prac budowlanych polegających na zamontowaniu 849 instalacji OZE na potrzeby indywidualnych gospodarstw domowych funkcjonujących na obszarze objętym wsparciem. W ramach projektu zaplanowano budowę nowych instalacji umożliwiających produkcję energii cieplnej (kolektory słoneczne – 251 szt., kotły na biomasę - 80 szt., gruntowe i powietrzne pompy ciepła – odpowiednio 12 i 60 szt.) oraz produkcję energii elektrycznej (panele fotowoltaiczne 446 szt.). Do udziału w projekcie zakwalifikowano 770 gospodarstw domowych, z czego 193 gospodarstwa dotknięte problemem ubóstwa energetycznego (ok. 25%). Produktem projektu będą 403 nowo wybudowane jednostki wytwarzania energii cieplnej o zdolności wytwarzania energii 2,79 MW oraz 446 jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej o zdolności wytwarzania energii na poziomie 1,59 MW. Łączna wartość mocy zainstalowanej w związku z budową i montażem urządzeń OZE w ramach projektu wyniesie 4,38 MW. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany do końca 2018 r., co umożliwi roczną produkcję energii cieplnej na poziomie 2881,82 MWh oraz energii elektrycznej w wysokości 1 562,52 MWh. Rezultatem projektu będzie również szacowany spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 1 997,84 tony ekwiwalentu CO2/rok. Projekt jest przygotowany do realizacji i nie posiada barier administracyjnych zagrażających jego wykonaniu w świetle prawa budowlanego. Realizacja projektu została ujęta w planach gospodarki niskoemisyjnej obowiązujących na terenie obu gmin partnerskich. Wartość projektu wynosi 13 601 165,77 zł , w tym wydatki kwalifikowane - 12 274 404,00 zł, a udział ostatecznych odbiorców wsparcia w finansowaniu wydatków kwalifikowanych określono na poziomie 30%.
