Projekt obejmuje zakup urządzeń piekarniczych, które zostaną wykorzystane do produkcji pieczywa i chleba według receptury biblijnej oraz zakup agregatu prądotwórczego zapewniającego utrzymanie ciągłości produkcji podczas przerw w dostawie energii elektrycznej z sieci. Nowo produkowane wyroby będą elementem składowym wprowadzanego na rynek nowego dotychczas niewytwarzanego przez wnioskodawcę produktu – pieczywa biblijnego. Wyroby tego typu są poszukiwane na rynku z racji swoich właściwości i są elementem składowym różnorodnych diet służących poprawie funkcjonalności i wydolności organizmu ludzkiego. Z racji odmiennego procesu wytwórczego pieczywo biblijne produkuje niewielka ilość piekarni w Polsce. Projekt kontynuuje proces zrównoważonego rozwoju piekarni, którego pierwszy etap zakup nowoczesnych urządzeń piekarniczych sfinansowano ze środków Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Podkarpackiego na lata 2007-2013.
