The purpose of the project is to carry out the necessary analysis to implement in order to produce a new line of plant product which complies with the requirements for food supplements. Products will be of plant origin, with a particular focus on the herb of Podkarpackie. a study on the scope and feasibility of R & D to develop the formulation of new products to supplement the scope of the activity: supporting vitality, complementary shortages of D3, B and improving liver work, enhancing resilience. In the context of this work, a single test work will be created, while the analysis of the determinants of the use of FS will only be part of this work, indicating also the direction of the future work of R & D. The project will help to reduce the decline in the share of innovative companies in Podkarpackie Province thanks to the possibility to apply an innovative technology. The applicant plans to carry out the work of R & D in cooperation with the scientific body in the future. The implementation of the project is part of the achievement of the objectives of the RIS “quality of life”, will have a positive impact on the development of the industry in Podkarpackie. The principle of equal opportunities between women and men and non-discrimination will be maintained at all stages of the project, where there is no differentiation in the recruitment or execution of orders on grounds of sex, while preserving the principle of non-discrimination among social groups such as the disabled. It shall apply the principle of equal pay for equal work for all workers. The entire project team (women and men), who has knowledge of gender equality, is involved in the decision-making process. The project also implements the principle of sustainable development, striking a balance between nature conservation, economy and quality of life, allowing for the reduction of paper consumption and harmony between the needs of economic development and ecology, respecting the good of society and the rights of the individual, including in particular workers. Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie niezbędnej analizy, której celem będzie wdrożenie do produkcji nowej linii produktów pochodzenia roślinnego spełniającej wymogi dotyczące suplementów diety. Produkty będą pochodzenia roślinnego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ziół podkarpackich.Powstanie analiza zakresu i wykonalności prac B+R mających na celu opracowanie receptury nowych produktów-suplementów diety o zakresie działania: wspierającego witalność, uzupełniających niedobory witam D3, B oraz poprawiające pracę wątroby, podnoszących odporność. W ramach niniejszych prac powstanie jedna praca badawcza, natomiast analiza determinantów stosowania suplementów diety będzie jedynie częścią tej pracy, wskazującą również kierunek przyszłych prac B+R. Projekt przyczyni się do ograniczenia spadku udziału przedsiębiorstw innowacyjnych w woj. podkarpackim dzięki możliwości zastosowania innowacyjnej technologii. Wnioskodawca planuje w przyszłości przeprowadzić prace B+R we współpracy z jednostką naukową. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w realizację założeń RIS "jakość życia", będzie miała korzystny wpływ na rozwój branży w województwie podkarpackim. Na wszystkich etapach projektu zostanie zachowana zasada równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn i niedyskryminacji, Wnioskodawca nie prowadzi różnicowania przy zatrudnianiu czy udzielaniu zleceń ze względu na płeć, zachowując zasadę niedyskryminacji takich grup społecznych jak niepełnosprawni. Stosuje zasadę takiego samego wynagrodzenia, za taką samą pracę dla wszystkich pracowników. W procesie decyzyjnym bierze udział cały zespół projektowy (kobiety i mężczyźni), który posiada wiedzę z zakresu równości płci. Projekt realizuje także zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju, zachowując równowagę pomiędzy ochroną przyrody, ekonomią oraz jakością życia, umożliwiając ograniczenie zużycia papieru oraz harmonijnie łącząc potrzeby rozwoju gospodarczego i ekologii przy poszanowaniu dobra społeczeństwa i praw jednostki, w tym szczególnie pracowników.
