Its purpose is to provide concrete and personalised assistance to anyone wishing to negotiate, monitor or improve the content of an agreement on equality between women and men and the quality of life at work, or simply to understand the documents, tools and data transmitted to them in this field. The directorates of undertakings may also benefit from tailor-made support provided that they are suitable for working meetings by the Trade Union Delegates or representatives of the Social and Economic Council (SEC). _5 operational phases make up the project:_ * Communication and prospecting: to inform about the existence of the project; * Meetings and partnerships: to promote the project to target audiences; * Meetings and awareness raising: to convince and raise awareness among target audiences; * Individual accompaniment and consultancy support: to analyse, comment, explain figures, support, advise, write, search for any corrective action for the company; * Stage point and review: to periodically monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments, if necessary, in agreement with the project’s implementing and financial partners.     _Le projet s’adresse en priorité aux délégué.e.s syndicaux.ales et aux représentant·e·s du CSE_ amené·e·s à se positionner sur la manière dont est traité le sujet de l’égalité professionnelle en entreprise. Il a pour finalité d’apporter une aide concrète et personnalisée à toute personne souhaitant négocier, suivre ou améliorer le contenu d’un accord égalité entre les femmes et les hommes et la qualité de vie au travail, ou tout simplement comprendre les documents,les outils et les données qui lui sont transmis sur ce champ-là. Les Directions d'entreprises peuvent elles aussi bénéficier d’un accompagnement sur-mesure à la condition qu’elles convient aux réunions de travail les Délégué·e·s Syndicaux·ales ou les représentant·e·s du Conseil Social et Economique (CSE). _5 phases opérationnelles composent le projet :_ * Communication et prospection : pour informer de l’existence du projet; * Rencontres et partenariats : pour promouvoir le projet auprès des publics cibles; * Réunions et sensibilisations : pour convaincre et sensibiliser les publics cibles; * Accompagnements individuels et appui-conseil : pour analyser, commenter, expliquer les chiffres, soutenir, conseiller, les DS, rédiger, rechercher toute action corrective pour l’entreprise; * Point d’étape et bilan : pour suivre périodiquement l’avancée du projet et procéder à des ajustements, si nécessaire, en accord avec les partenaires opérationnels et financiers du projet.
