The PLIE will still be targeted at those most in difficulty who escape the resumption of employment by means of complementary actions which aim to support nearly 370 people over 12 months (the limitation period for the public falling in the majority of our partners in Employment and social workers working for the Departmental Council): In the financial year 2020, around 370 people are planned and less than in 2019, due to the Coronavirus health crisis limiting prescriptions and entry into the devices. **The route reference**; the individual accompaniment is planned with 5 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) planned and 70 people per FTE in permanent entrances and exits (see action sheet) **The relationship undertaken**: the real link with the economic world, job search, the creation of a business network, job placement...) 2 forecast FTEs (see action sheet) The resources dedicated by the management and animation service of the Tours Métropole PLIE are 2 people; an employment project manager planned for about 50 % of FTE and an assistant at almost 20 % The targets of so-called positive exits (sustainable employment: CDI and CDD>6months added long and/or qualifying training) are set at 35 % of exits. Le PLIE s'adressera encore aux publics les plus en difficultés qui échappent à la reprise de l'emploi à partir d'actions complémentaires qui visent à accompagner sur 12 mois près de 370 personnes (la prescription des publics revenant de façon majoritaire à nos partenaires Pôle Emploi et les travailleurs sociaux œuvrant pour le Conseil départemental) : Sur l'exercice 2020, environ 370 personnes sont prévues et moins qu'en 2019, en raison de la crise sanitaire du Coronavirus limitant les prescriptions et les entrées dans les dispositifs. **La référence de parcours** ; l'accompagnement individuel est prévu avec 5 Equivalents Temps Plein (ETP) prévus et 70 personnes par ETP en entrées et sorties permanentes (cf. fiche action) **La relation entreprise** : le véritable lien avec le monde économique, la recherche d'emploi, la constitution d'un réseau d'entreprise, le placement à l'emploi…) 2 ETP prévisionnels (cf. fiche action) Les moyens dédiés par le service de gestion et d'animation du PLIE de Tours Métropole est de 2 personnes; un chargé projet emploi insertion prévu à environ 50% d'un ETP et d'une assistante à près de 20% Les objectifs de sorties dites positives (emploi durable : CDI et CDD>6mois ajoutées des formations longues et/ou qualifiantes) sont fixés à 35% des sorties. Un objectif revu à la baisse en raison de la crise sanitaire lié au coronavirus sévissant en début d'année 2020. (French)
