The aim of the project is to increase the level of employment and the employability of unemployed people aged 30 and over in the PUP in Krosno. The main result of the project will be the establishment of employment (including self-employment) by 65 people registered in the PUP Krosno. The project will support people aged 30 and over from the following groups: 1. Persons who are out of the labour market, i.e. the unemployed with their own: — people aged 50 and over, the long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, the low-skilled, 2. Farmers and members of their family — an individual farm, up to a size of 2 ha covered by pension and invalidity insurance, to leave agriculture. Unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the category of long-term unemployed, OZs and the low-skilled can also be participants in the project. Nevertheless, the participation of these persons in the project must not exceed 20 % of the unemployed supported by the project and the support given to them will lead to the start of the business. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w PUP w Krośnie. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia (w tym samozatrudnienia) przez 65 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Krosno. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej należące do poniższych grup: 1. Osoby pzostające poza rynkiem pracy tj. osoby bezrobotne zwłascza: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych, 2. Rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin – prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwo rolne do wielkości 2 ha podlegający ubezpieczeniom emerytalnym i rentowym z tytułu prowadzenia gospodarstwa rolnego, które chcą odejść z rolnictwa. Uczestnikami projektu mogą być również bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii os. długotrwale bezrobotnych, OzN oraz osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Niemniej jednak udział tych osób w projekcie nie może przekroczyć 20% bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, a udzielone im wsparcie ma doprowadzić do rozpoczęcia prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
