Les participants à notre chantier d'insertion bénéficient d'un contrat de travail à durée déterminée d'insertion assorti d'un agrément IAE( insertion par l'activité Economique ) délivrée par Pole Emploi.: mise en situation de travail , les salariés en insertion sont rémunérés pour leur actvité au sein du chnatier . cela leur permet d'apprendre un métier ou des tester des métiers via les immersions professionnelles et de reprendre peid avec le monde du travail. Ils bénéficient aussi d'un accompagnement social proposé par l'équipe d'accompagnement socio pro (ASP) : cet accompagnement vise à la fois le travail sur le projet professionnel ( diagnostic à l'entrée , construction d'un projet, aide à la recherche d'un emploi) et d'activation de dispositifs d'insertions internes ou externes au chantier ( droit commun :service public de l'emploi local..) permettant d'identifier les freins et d'y apporter des solutions pour un emploi durable : santé , mobilité, connaissances des droits et devoir, maitrise de la langue française et savoir de base. Ils bénéficient aussi d'un ancdrement technique sur les activités de production s'appuyant des supports d'activité ( production de service ). l'équipe d'encadrement s'attache à transmettre d'une part les savoir faire mais également les savoir être ( respect des horaires, des consignes ..) ils bénficient d'une coordination administratives entre les différents acteurs ( partenaires, prescripteur, suivi santé ..)
