L'équipe en charge de l'encadrement se compose de: \- Une accompagnante socioprofessionnelle qui travaille, au sein de la blanchisserie du refuge, avec les salarié(e)s sur leur parcours d'insertion, \- Trois encadrants techniques qui intègrent le ou la bénéficiaire recruté(e) au sein de l'équipe de travail, le ou la met en situation d'apprentissage sur chaque poste (parcours pédagogique) et évalue les compétences techniques et transversales durant le parcours.
