L'accompagnement socioprofessionnel a pour but de lever les freins auxquels les bénéficiaires du chantier peuvent-être confrontés dans leurs démarches de recherche d'emploi (mobilité, santé, ressources financières, subsistance..). Pour cela, nous utilisons le travail salarié pour accompagner individuellement, re-dynamiser socialement, et re-qualifier professionnellement les personnes privées d'emploi, et de ce fait, exclues durablement de toute participation à la vie sociale et économique de notre société. En lui conférant un revenu, une certaine utilité, un statut, des repères, des liens sociaux, l'emploi salarié est l'un des principaux supports à cette redynamisation. Nous organisons cette mise en situation de travail en permettant à chacun, selon son rythme et ses objectifs, de mieux connaitre ses potentialités, ses motivations, de découvrir une activité, un métier, d'actualiser ou de développer des compétences (professionnelles, mais sociales aussi). Il faut donc, d'une part, prendre en compte la production (de biens ou de services), mais aussi d'autre part, prendre en compte les besoins, les situations, les projets de chaque salarié. Pour cela l'accompagnement se met en place de l'accueil de la personne dans notre structure, à sa sortie. Il s'articule autour d'un ensemble de ressources et de moyens afin de répondre aux besoins et aux projets de la personne en insertion. A la manière d'un puzzle, nous co-construisons un parcours (l'accompagnateur et le salarié), loin d'être linéaire, étape par étape, action par action. (French)

The aim of socio-professional support is to remove the obstacles that the beneficiaries of the construction site may face in their job search (mobility, health, financial resources, subsistence, etc.). To this end, we use paid work to accompany individually, re-energise socially, and professionally re-qualify those deprived of employment, and therefore permanently excluded from any participation in the social and economic life of our society. By giving it an income, a certain utility, a status, benchmarks and social ties, paid employment is one of the main supports for this revitalisation. We organise this work situation by allowing everyone, according to their pace and objectives, to better know their potentials, their motivations, to discover an activity, a profession, to update or develop skills (professional, but also social). It is therefore necessary, on the one hand, to take account of the production (of goods or services), but also, on the other hand, to take into account the needs, situations and projects of each employee. For this the accompaniment is set up from the reception of the person in our structure, upon his exit. It is structured around a set of resources and means to meet the needs and projects of the person in integration. Like a puzzle, we co-build a journey (the accompanitor and the employee), far from being linear, step by step, action by action. (English)
