Support for the beneficiaries of the RSA will be carried out as close as possible to young people by the person in charge of the project, in the framework of interventions in the 5 branches of northern Alsace (Haguenau, Bischwiller, Brumath, Wissembourg and Reichshoffen). Young RSA beneficiaries engaged in an integration contract are provided with enhanced support (1 minimum interview per month) in accordance with the working methodology of the Local Mission described below. After a first phase of reception, and an in-depth diagnosis, individual and personalised support is offered to the young person. In this context, each young person has an identified reference counsellor who will follow him along his or her accompanying journey. The organisation of the young person’s career is based on the integration strategy defined jointly by the counsellor and the young person according to a methodology which falls within the so-called “engagement” theory. Depending on the intermediate objectives to be achieved, this strategy will be based on different stages: definition of the professional project, training, immersion in companies... To carry out this support, young people are received in an individual interview. They are also mobilised during workshops, collective information. Finally, they can be linked to partners. The pace and duration of the accompaniment vary from one young person to another, in particular depending on the programme or arrangement to which he or she belongs. The advisers of the Local Mission mobilise a number of measures and actions for the benefit of young people to enable them to make progress in their careers. The articulation of these elements in the young person’s journey is based on the diagnosis made by the counsellor based on the young person’s expectations and needs. Some of these tools are implemented internally. This is the case for “job-seeking techniques” workshops. The Local Mission develops collective actions (in-house and/or partnership) within the framework of specific local projects: Permanent Orientation Pole (POP), Job Workshops, Business Visits... Finally, the Local Mission puts in place periods of immersion in companies. (English)

(French)
