Our association has been working since 2006 on the social and professional reintegration of people in great difficulty through an integration site. To achieve social objectives and to develop an integration pathway, we use two activity materials: organic market gardening and maintenance of green areas/environmental works, as well as a new support since 2017 the vegetable garden of the castle of Motte-Tilly. Since our creation, more than 300 people have been welcomed in our integration garden and have benefited from social and professional support in order to promote a move towards sustainable employment and/or autonomy in order to evolve alone and sustainably on the labour market. The support of employees is carried out throughout the duration of the contract by our integration officer. It relies on the technical supervisors who follow employees on a daily basis in their work. Our mission of accompaniment helps to improve the situation of the people welcomed on our garden. In 2018, we welcomed 57 employees. Of the 28 who have left the structure (20 men and 8 women but 3 employees are not included in the statistics because three people have stopped for illness) 25 employees are counted at the level of the exit rate (19 men and 6 women), 64 % have completed their contract by finding an employment or training solution (16 people have obtained a job, CDI or CDD or have entered training). 36 % (9) did not find professional solutions (4 went out with qualification training (CACES)) and with an improvement in their living conditions. Nevertheless, we have found that our social mission, the social and professional support of employees, has become increasingly important over time because of the increased fragility of the audiences we welcome. Technical supervisors, through their technical mission, actively participate in the support of employees. They organise work activities related to the requirements of production (production of organic vegetables and maintenance of green spaces) and rely on working situations to transmit and make people in integration acquire the expected professional behaviours in a traditional company. At the same time, they are responsible for achieving production objectives (providing vegetables for 180 weekly baskets and carrying out green spaces works with our various partners). We wish in 2019/2021 **to continue our support action****reinforced** employees in integration thanks to technically and pedagogically qualified staff. This management aims to implement, from the constraints of production, acquisition of know-how and know-being. It makes it possible to articulate learning times, encounters, collective life, and also individualised approaches to help each person achieve the objectives previously defined: \- individual progression, \- social inclusion, \- of (re)mobilisation, \- discovery of trades, \- of (re)learning of working life, \- of pre-qualification, \- of qualification, \- of access to employment. This enhanced support allows you to have a fine assessment of the skills, difficulties of employees and thus to enable us to evolve our various business supports (reflection of the implementation of a new business support for 2020). We also want to continue our efforts towards businesses and the employment of the most fragile public. Through the organisation of various events (forums...) we want to encourage the recruitment of inhabitants of the priority neighbourhood by bringing companies and those involved in the professional integration (institutions and associations).
