    **Projets adossés au FSE 2020** Renforcer l'accompagnement social et professionnel en travaillant avec les publics les plus éloignés de l'emploi sur la levée des freins en lien avec le savoir-être et les savoirs-faire. Adosser les actions du programme aux supports d'activités des équipes vertes et de la Fabrik afin de renforcer et de développer les compétences techniques des salariés grâce au partage des expertises et des expériences: \- Mise en place d'ateliers et d'actions de sensibilisation, d'une procédure de suivi et d'évaluation et travail sur les savoir-être. \- Mise en place d'une procédure d'évaluation des compétences techniques des salariés en accompagnement vers l'emploi. \- Travail sur la transversalité et la transférabilité des compétences acquises.
