As a result of the R & D work carried out, an innovative national tourism service will be implemented through the use of the mechanisms of gratification. The innovativeness of the service is confirmed by the innovation opinion attached to the proposal. The extension of the range of offers of services to the applicant will make it possible to acquire new segments of the tourist market and thus to reduce the phenomenon of seasonality which is the most serious problem for Podkarpackie tourism. Cel główny przedmiotowego projektu to rozszerzenie zakresu działania Spółki Relavia poprzez doposażenie zaplecza infrastrukturalnego w nowy sprzęt, który umożliwi świadczenie nowych usług w ofercie Wnioskodawcy w tym: bawialnię dla dzieci, innowacyjne (objęte patentem) urządzenie do tworzenia tras narciarstwa biegowego, zestaw nart biegowych i skiturowych, profesjonalne lodowisko wraz z zestawem łyżew, komplet łodzi żaglowych. W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac B+R zostanie wdrożona innowacyjna na skalę krajową złożona usługa turystyczna z wykorzystaniem mechanizmów grywalizacji. Innowacyjność usługi potwierdza dołączona do wniosku opinia o innowacyjności. Rozszerzenie palety oferty usług Wnioskodawcy umożliwi pozyskanie nowych segmentów rynku turystycznego a tym samym zniwelowania zjawiska sezonowości turystycznej będącej najpoważniejszym problemem dla podkarpackiej turystyki.
