The applicant is the municipality of Kmarkets. The project will consist of a comprehensive thermal renovation of the Public Library Building in the Markets by: — insulation of walls and costumes, — replacement of window and door frames, — modernisation of the heating system, — modernisation of the electrical installation including the installation of solar panels. The strategic objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public sector through energy renovation, smart energy management and the use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure. The direct objective of the project is to reduce the energy intensity and decarbonisation of the Public Library Building in the markets through a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, a reduction in primary energy consumption and savings in electricity consumption, including the use of RES. Another important objective will be to raise awareness among employees and users of the building in terms of energy efficiency savings. The following result indicators will be achieved through the implementation of this project: 1. Amount of thermal energy saved — 399,82 GJ/year 2. Amount of saved electricity — 0.78 MWh/year will also be achieved with the following product indicators: 1. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings — 164 163.89 kWh/year 2. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions — 36,91 tonnes of equivalent CO2/rok 3. A number of modernised buildings in the field of energy — 1 4. Usable surface area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation — 205.20 m² 5. Number of improved heat sources — 1 6. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Krynki. Projekt będzie polegał na kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku Biblioteki Publicznej w Krynkach poprzez: - docieplenie ścian i stropu, - wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, - modernizację systemu grzewczego, - modernizację instalacji elektrycznej wraz z montażem paneli fotowoltaicznych. Celem strategicznym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym poprzez termomodernizację, inteligentne zarządzanie energią i wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w infrastrukturze publicznej. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest redukcja energochłonności i emisyjności budynku Biblioteki Publicznej w Krynkach poprzez znaczącą redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych, redukcję zużycia energii pierwotnej oraz oszczędności w zużyciu energii elektrycznej, w tym zastosowanie OZE. Drugim ważnym celem będzie podniesienie świadomości pracowników i użytkowników budynku w zakresie oszczędności gospodarowania energią. Poprzez realizację przedmiotowego projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki rezultatu: 1. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej - 399,82 GJ/rok 2. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej – 0,78 MWh/rok Zostaną osiągnięte również następujące wskaźniki produktu: 1. Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych - 164 163,89 kWh/rok 2. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych – 36,91 ton równoważnika CO2/rok 3. Liczna zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1 szt. 4. Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji – 205,20 m2 5. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1 szt. 6. Liczba wykonanych instalacji OZE - 2 szt. Budżet projektu: 245 357,06 zł. Dofinansowanie (85%): 205 891,40 zł. Okres realizacji projektu: XII 2018 – IX 2020. (Polish)
