The main goal of a comprehensive energy modernisation project for 3 historic quarry at ul. Tadeusz Kościuszki 18, 20 and 26 in Suwałki, the town of Suwałki, is improving the energy efficiency of these plants, which will help to improve energy efficiency in the public sector as a whole. Product indicators: — number of energy modernised buildings — 3 — useable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation — 1 398.09 m² — reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 778 922 kWh/year, result indicators — amount of heat energy saved — 2010,36 GJ/year — amount of saved electricity — 78.26 MWh/year. The implementation of a comprehensive energy upgrade of 3 multi-family residential buildings will result in a significant improvement in the living conditions of 90 inhabitants. The projects undertaken in the context of the project will aim at adapting the facilities to existing rules and standards. The thermal collateral used will allow the indoor temperature to be maintained. The implementation of the project in the long run will improve the quality of life and improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the region by improving energy efficiency in the public sector and improving the environment by reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. Construction work (installation work) will be carried out in parallel for the insulation of horizontal outer and interior load-bearing walls in the buildings which have been retrofitted and the replacement of electrical installations in the housing. Równolegle zostaną wykonane roboty budowlano - instalacyjne w zakresie wykonania izolacji poziomej ścian nośnych zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych w budynkach podanych modernizacji oraz wymiana instalacji elektrycznej w loklach mieszkalnych.
