    Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna dwóch budynków gminnych: budynku Szkoły Podstawowej oraz komunalnego budynku mieszkalnego w Srebrnej. W budynku szkoły przewidziano: - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych do fundamentów i wewnętrznych, stropodachów, części dachu (poddasze), stropu nad biblioteką, stropodachu nad wejściem, stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją, - wymianę drzwi drewnianych, - wymianę starych okien, - regulację hydrauliczną instalacji c.o. - wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne - założenie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 6,1kWp W budynku mieszkalnym przewidziano: - ocieplenie stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem, - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych do fundamentów, - wymianę drzwi i okien, - modernizację c.w.u, - nową kotłownię z powietrzną pompą ciepła zasilaną instalacją fotowoltaiczną i kotłem olejowym wraz z modernizacją instalacji c.o.
